How long will it take for me to receive my items?
All delivery times vary depending on location. For regular US Mail delivery (our $2.99 shipping option): Canadian orders: 1-2 weeks, Eastern State orders: 6-10 business days, Pacific State orders: 4-7 business days, Mountain State orders: 2-6 business days, and Utah orders: 1-4 business days. What if I ordered a ring and it doesn't fit?
Not a problem. Simply follow the instructions on our
ring exchange form and we will send a replacement as quickly as possible.
I want to place an order for a church activity, do you offer discounts?
Definitely. All products under $12.99 will show a discount of 5, 10, 15, or 20 percent, depending on the quantity ordered. For discount rates on items above $12.99, please please contact us.
Are your items warrantied?
Absolutely. Our items are warrantied for 30 days against defects. If you receive an item that you aren't 100% satisfied with, simply return it for a full refund or exchange.
Do you beat competitor’s prices?
Why not? We know you have a choice when it comes to buying LDS products online, and we want you to choose us. Simply call us and we will gladly beat any competitors advertised price.
Can I have a ring custom made?
Our rings are manufactured in bulk. It is a fairly expensive process to customize a ring; a specialized mold has to be made for each custom ring. We recommend contacting a specialty jeweler. They will be able to make your customized CTR ring.
I have allergies. What is the metal content of the rings?
Sterling silver rings are made of: 95.5% silver, 3% copper, and 0.5% misc metals. To help those with allergies (especially for those who are allergic to silver), we have a collection of rings made of stainless steel, gold and even a couple made of titanium.
Are your products safe for children?
All of our products intended for Primary age children (12 and younger) have passed through the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act approval process and are tested and certified.
Do you accept checks or money orders?
We do! Just send a check or money order to: LDS-Gifts.com 1901 W 820 N Ste #3, Provo Utah 84601; with a note including the item SKU/name, ring size if it is a ring, shipping preference and contact information (address, phone number and email). Make your check or money order out to "LDS Family of Websites".
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the US and to Canada (Canada delivery is $4.95).
How long does it take for my order to ship?
It usually only takes 1 business day to ship an item. We're unique in the fact that we ship our products directly from the manufacturers' warehouse. That makes the ordering and delivery process simple and fast for our customers. Other LDS bookstores will order from the manufacturer and then ship the item to their customer - we skip that step.
How can I find out if my order shipped?
Just simply visit our order tracking page and enter the order number listed on your receipt. From this page, you will be able to check the status of your order.
